Berthoud Fire Protection District complies with the requirements of the Colorado Open Records Act and other applicable laws with respect to the production of public records, including whether the public record or other documents or information can or cannot be produced. If the requested information can be released, there may be a fee assessed for such production.

To request copies of records, please complete the Request for Release of Records Form. The form may be emailed to info@berthoudfire.org.
Berthoud Fire Staff will contact you within three business days to provide information about the status of your request.
